KaryaOne is a one stop solution center for creatives of all shapes and sizes to further their craft and simply “berKarya”.

With a huge 6000 sqft co-working space, dedicated to the fine folks from the creative industry, we have different types of packages to cater to every need. But you will be getting more than just a desk and chair…how about slipping into an editing bay, livestream and V/O recording station when inspiration hits?

Or head downstairs to one of our 4 studios for rental, from a huge 6000 sqft black theater for any event/production to broadcast ready green screen rooms and even a 30 pax space for workshops/seminars,

Best of all, 3 huge broadcast studio event spaces at your disposal just one staircase down with preferred rates for tenants!
…and we haven’t started talking about the meeting rooms and lounges for your pressos, client meetings and team huddles!
Like the choice of phones out there, we have workstations ranging from regular, plus, pro and pro max! Same features, just with a tad bigger size.With 3 partitioned private rooms if that is what you fancy!

STUDIO FOR ALL EVENTS TO RENT
We have 3 studio spaces for rent (complete with full on backstage amenities such as make up/changing rooms, meeting rooms, VIP holding rooms and etc) for practically any usage from broadcast productions, weddings, product/services launches, workshops, EVENTS of all kinds, in any shape or size, whether big or small!

With our studio spaces ranging from 1800 sqft to 6000 sq ft,
Your imagination (or client needs) is truly the limit!

With great studio space, comes great responsibility, and that is why we have super easy access to ample parking and food eateries nearby to make your studio usage a definite success!

We are so excited for this and are kickstarting 2024 with a 20% discount on all our studio spaces!
